Practical Tip of the Week

I just recently read a new study that says it takes anywhere from 18 days to 254 days to create a new habit. Here is the moral of this story, everyone is different! Our personalities and external circumstances can impact how quickly a behavior is changed and a new habit is formed. Ultimately, it takes work. So make sure while making your goals they are realistic. Have help. Who can hold you accountable? And never compare yourself to the next person!
