Practical Tip of the Week

When you are creating a schedule for all your responsibilities and plans for the week DO NOT FORGET to plan in your breaks as well. Yes make a plan to do NOTHING at all, but what YOU want to do. Make sure you protect that time! The more you can be consistent at respecting your time the more you will look forward to it and after time you will notice a change in your mental health and energy.
